All BAC homeowners are subject to the "Declaration Of Restrictions" as noted in the CC&Rs. The architecture committee oversees to be sure that association building requirements are adhered to. NEW construction and CHANGES to property require prior approval from the architectural committee (#5, #6, #18). The two check list forms outline requirements. The appropriate form MUST be completed and returned to a member of this committee for approval PRIOR to start and is needed for every building and structure including, but not limited to a home, guesthouse, stable, barn, greenhouse, fence, garage, driveway, shed, deck or patio cover.
